By using GigDone, you agree to these Terms:
Use of the App: for personal use to post or accept local gigs. You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your device and network charges.
No Payment Processing: GigDone is a coordination platform only. We do not facilitate, escrow, or guarantee any payments. All payment arrangements are made directly between posters and workers outside the app. GigDone is not responsible for any payment disputes.
User Conduct: you agree not to post fraudulent, illegal, or harmful gigs. You are solely responsible for the gigs you post and the work you agree to perform. GigDone does not vet, verify, or endorse any user.
Safety: meeting strangers to exchange services carries inherent risk. Use your best judgment, meet in public places where possible, and trust your instincts. GigDone is not liable for any harm arising from interactions between users.
Ratings: ratings must be honest and based on your actual experience. Abuse of the rating system may result in account suspension.
Categories: Delivery, Pickup & Dropoff, Errands, Moving Help, and Other. Gigs must fall within these categories and must be legal tasks.
Data & Privacy: handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes: we may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
