This Privacy Policy explains how GigDone collects, uses, and safeguards your information.
Information We Collect: name, email address, city, gig posts (title, description, category, offer price), gig acceptances, completion status, and ratings you give or receive.
Purpose: to provide core app features (posting gigs, browsing local gigs, coordinating between posters and workers, and reputation tracking). We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising SDKs.
Email Visibility: when a worker accepts your gig, your email address is shared with that worker (and vice versa) solely to enable direct coordination. By using GigDone you consent to this limited disclosure.
Payments: GigDone does not process, store, or have visibility into any payment arrangements. All payments are made directly between posters and workers outside the app.
Storage: data is stored securely with our cloud provider.
Access & Deletion: you can delete your account and all associated data in-app at any time. After deletion, we permanently remove your personal data from our systems, subject to minimal logs required for security and compliance.
Children: not intended for use by children under 13.
Changes: we may update this policy; we will notify you in-app of material changes.
